Fear tells convincing stories about tomorrow, but we refuse to let it author our future when God already has. We open the Bible, name fear for what it is, and choose trust, prayer, and peace over torment. 

• fear as a future-focused storyteller that lives in “what if” 
• “do not fear” as a command rooted in God’s authority 
• 2 Timothy 1:7 and what God actually gives us: power, love and a sound mind 
• fear as slavery versus sonship through Romans 8:15 
• Jeremiah 29:11 as God’s blueprint for hope and a future 
• fear of the unknown met by God’s presence in Isaiah 41:10 
• perfect love casting out fear’s torment in 1 John 4:18 
• choosing trust when fear rises, anchored in Psalms 56 and 27 
• daily strategy for anxiety through Philippians 4:6–7 and God’s peace 

There may be someone in your life quietly battling fear in more ways than one, something they've never been able to name: this is the episode that will bring them truth which leads to freedom.
