🕊 A Personal Testimony: From Darkness to Light

For me, God’s spiritual awakening was unlike anything I expected. I wasn’t in a church or on a retreat — I was in the deepest pit of darkness. There was a time when I was consumed by worldly pursuits and unaware of the spiritual forces at work in my life. I didn’t realize how far I had wandered from God’s light.

But even then — even in my running and rebellion — God never stopped pursuing me. The awakening came through my deliverance experience, which you can hear about in Episode 1. Through that battle, God opened my spiritual eyes and revealed a reality I never knew existed.

After deliverance, the transformation was undeniable. I was delivered from depression, anxiety, and mental affliction that had plagued me for years. God gave me a desire for His Word, a hunger for prayer, and a new sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. The fruits of the Spirit — love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, goodness, gentleness, and self-control — began growing in me.

💡 Part 1: What Is a Spiritual Awakening?

A spiritual awakening is a divine revelation — a moment when God lifts the veil and allows you to see spiritual realities you couldn’t perceive before. It’s not about becoming more religious. It’s about becoming more aware of God’s presence, His truth, and His purpose for your life.

Signs of spiritual awakening include:

• A sudden or growing hunger for God’s Word
• A deep sense of conviction over sin you once ignored
• An awareness of spiritual forces — both good and evil
• A desire for prayer and worship that feels different from before
• A shift in priorities — the things of the world lose their grip
• A sense that God is calling you to something greater

I am deeply grateful to God for allowing me to share this journey, even though the enemy tried to silence me with fear. I wish I had this guidance when I was feeling lost. I know there are many people out there searching for answers, feeling trapped, confused, or broken — and I want you to know: God sees you. He hears you. And He is reaching out to you right now.
